Elisa Hirsch-Cotter, MS, LAc is licensed to practice Acupuncture in the state of New York and certified in Acupuncture
and Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She is certified by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (CCAOM) in clean needle technique. She is also a member of the Acupuncture Society of New York (ASNY) as well as Young Living Essential Oils distributor.

Elisa earned a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in
New York City and a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Her 4 year
education at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine consisted of comprehensive and clinical training
which included western medicine (anatomy, physiology, pathology, and nutrition), traditional Chinese
medicine and 5 element acupuncture theory, Chinese herbology, and tui na.
During her internship at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine she treated over 300 patients and had
the opportunity to treat women at The Initiative for Women with Disabilities at NYU Hospital for
Joint Disease.
